Several YouTube videos show the reported EF-2 tornado that hit Adairsville, just north of Cartersville in Bartow County. (Please note: The video attached to this article contains profanity. Parental discretion advised.)
Nkosi Thandiwe, the former security guard on trial for the 2011 Midtown shooting that killed a woman from Decatur and left another paralyzed, took the stand in his own defense Wednesday and confessed to the shooting.
WGCL-TV reported that on Day 2 of the trail Thandiwe testified that he snapped and was upset about the way white people treated black people.

Tiffani Torres, 18, of Flowery Branch, posted a $1,000 bond late Tuesday afternoon, according to Sgt. Kiley Sargent of the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
Grandmother Charged in Death of Monroe 4-Year-Old - Oconee Patch
Cynthia Lynn Miller, 50, of Monroe, has been charged with first degree vehicular homicide, driving under the influence (drugs), serious injury by vehicle and failing to maintain lane after an accident in Morgan County Monday resulted in the death of her grandson and the critical injury of another family member.
