On Wednesday evening, Lilburn Police responded to an attempted robbery that left one person shot, according to media reports.
Capt. Ben Haynes told 11Alive that the shooting incident happened about 8 p.m., in a driveway during an attempted home robbery off Greenleaf Drive.
The suspected gunman fled the scene, and no arrests have been made.
The shooting victim is expected to recover.
