Looking for a home can be daunting. I know because I've been toying with the idea, and I'm already tired of scouring websites for available homes.

I want to stay below $150,000, and still get something nice. My mom thinks I need to increase my price point. Or, that I need to be to suburbs where she is -- Conyers.
