Georgia Gwinnett College is currently hiring for a Campus police officer.

The person in this position will protect life and property at the Lawrenceville school. Responsibilities include guarding buildings, grounds and facilities against loss or damage and enforcing campus traffic and parking regulations.

The campus police officer will patrol GGC by police vehicle, bicycle or foot. They will also investigate disturbances, suspicious circumstances, traffic accidents and more.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. They also must be Georgia POST Certified with Basic Law Enforcement Mandate and be in "Good Standing" or become POST certified within one year of hire.
