The person in this position will recruit, hire and train employees, create a pleasant environment for customers, create employee schedules and manage payroll daily and more.

Knowledge of women's fashions and trends is required along with a track record of employee development and sales performance.

A high school diploma or GED is required. One to two years experience is also required.
