With a 20 percent down payment of $1 million, the monthly payment would be about $21,600, including taxes and insurance, Zillow estimated. The house was purchased in 2002 for $2.77 million, according to Zillow.
Andruw Jones, 35, played for the Braves from 1996-2007. He has a career total of 435 home runs.
Besides selling his home, Jones is involved in divorce proceedings with his wife. That case was filed not long after Andruw Jones was charged with battery in connection with a domestic incident early Christmas Day 2012 at the home.
The criminal case, a misdemeanor, is still pending in Gwinnett State Court.
