Mountain Park Baseball and Softball celebrated Opening Day March 12 with a large parade, inflatables, Super Heroes and plenty of action on the field.
More than 1,000 kids ages 3-18 play ball in the association.
Lilburn Patch contributor Gordon Lynch took in the action and came away with images that reflected the community-oriented event.
There are so many great photos that it was difficult to whittle them down to just a handful. So, we're running all of them.

I am not sure if everyone is as excited as I am for this season. I have my my fantasy team all ready and I cannot wait for it to begin, especially now that I have the Sling adapter from DISH Network. I actually have and work at DISH and the Logitech combines the internet with my TV. So now I can easily switch to the web browser during the games and show off my team's stats to my friends.
