Dr. McMurtry is a recognized international speaker on the subject of creation vs. evolution, both from a biblical viewpoint as well as that of secular science. More About First Baptist Church of Lilburn
The First Baptist Church of Lilburn began as a log cabin in 1840 and has grown to several buildings, with services in eight languages as well as ESL and citizenship classes. There are weekly bible studies, dinners and many ministries offered, ranging from music to working with students. A large community service program is set up to offer aid to groups in the local area, including international groups that work in the Middle East, Europe and East Asia. An extensive child care program and student activities are offered for children up to 12th grade along with a summer camp. See the website for more information.
