Ring in the Holidays with the Northeast Atlanta Ballet’s classic rendition of E.T.A Hoffman’s tale, “The Nutcracker”. We are thrilled to bring our 16th Anniversary performance to Gwinnett Center. Join Clara and her Nutcracker prince as they set out on a wonder-filled journey to battle the mouse king and travel through the Land of the Snowflakes and Kingdom of the Sweets to meet the Sugar Plum Fairy. This family friendly production features the familiar classical music of Tchaikovsky played live at all performances by our resident orchestra, The Gwinnett Symphony Orchestra conducted by Robert Trocina.
The exquisite costume designs of Barbara Mock and MJ Designs perfectly compliment the original lavish scenery created by Jolen Bain. “We are so excited to be adding luxurious new costumes for our Act II Divertissement. They are just exquisite!”, states Ms. Gordon, Artistic Director. This elaborate production is sure to please audience members of all ages.

More About Lilburn School of Ballet
Since 1980, the Lilburn School of Ballet has offered quality dance classes for all ages and several skill levels. Many instructors were graduates of the school before they entered a college dance performance program or professional dance company. The studio has partnered with the Grayson School of Ballet and students have the opportunity to perform with the Northeast Atlanta Ballet at the Gwinnett Center.
