The Lilburn Community Improvement District (CID) is pleased to announce the March 1 opening of its new, more centrally located office.
The CID’s administration will now operate from 4566 Lawrenceville Hwy, Suite 220. This location is part of the Lilburn Commons office and professional services center.
Prior to occupying its new space, the CID’s office was based at 3870 Lawrenceville Hwy, Suite C-106. This previous location is on the outer edge of the territory served by the District.
As Executive Director Gerald McDowell explained, CID leaders were committed to moving their operational presence into the heart of the community they represent.
“The location of this new office will allow us to better serve the CID’s stakeholders,” McDowell said. “We are out in the District daily to meet with business and property owners as well as to conduct ongoing operational support and oversight of our projects. Our Lilburn Commons location gives us a much better base for reaching these key destinations.”
The CID’s Board of Directors will continue its regular schedule of monthly meetings on the second Friday of each month. Unless otherwise posted, the Board meets beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Providence Christian Academy (high school building) – 4575 Lawrenceville Highway, Lilburn.
