Lilburn Farmers Market - July 19

This week marks the mid way point of the market. The summer is definitely flying by!
 
We are so excited about our children's activity, 'Georgia on my Mind'. Children will receive a bingo card when they come into the market and then search to find the listed items that Georgia is know for through out the market. When 5 in a row is achieved, children will receive a tasty treat that always makes everyone think of Georgia! What a fun way to learn more about our state!
 
We have the absolute BEST vendors!
 
Want produce - we've got you covered. Tomatoes, beans, corn, carrots, onions, and so much more. You can even talk to the farmers who grew your food!
 
Want fruit - we've got that too. Peaches, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, watermelons - is your mouth watering yet?
 
Don't want to cook - well, we have BBQ, tamales, empanadas, falafel sandwiches!
 
Eggs, salsas, pastas, honey, coffee, cheese - the list goes on and on - can also be found each week at the market.
 
Sweet tooth - mini pound cakes, flan, cookies, biscotti,  breads, fried pies, gluten free treats, kettle corn, gourmet popsicles - I think I've gained weight just thinking about all of these treats!
 
Bugs got you down? We have bug spray.
 
Need some bath and body products and candles - we have the best around.

Want to try wild chanterelle mushrooms? Carrell Farms is bringing them to the market! Bet they are the perfect compliment to their water buffalo meat. We have been getting rave reviews of their meat!
 
The Little Free Library will be open with new books to enjoy. Bring a book, take a book, read a book!
 
Bring a friend or 2 to the market this week! Everyone who brings a first time visitor to the market gets a free shopping bag!
