OK, before we start, we know that there are not any simple calculations to determine real estate value. Especially not in the current market.

But just for the fun of it, this week's House Hunt takes a look at how much house you can get in Lilburn based on asking price per square foot. Yes, we also know that there's more to home value than asking price divided by square feet — a lot of variables come into play like condition of the home, lot size, and location — but it's still an interesting statistic.

With the help of realestate.aol.com we looked at current homes for sale in zip code 30047 trying to find the lowest prices. What we found were a number of home going for less that $50 per square foot.
