Last Chance to Bring One for the Chipper in Lilburn

Live Christmas trees can still be dropped off at the Maintenance Yard through Tuesday, Jan. 31.

Still have that Christmas tree lying around somewhere in your back yard? If you live in the city of Lilburn, you still have a chance to get rid of it by donating it to the Chipper program.

The city is accepting live trees through Tuesday, Jan. 31, at the Maintenance Yard (across from the police station, on Railroad Avenue).

Leave your trees at the bend in the fence that's to the left when you enter the parking lot. That gives the city easy access to the chipper, according to the city's website.
