Patch Picks: Green Beer Anyone? That and More on St. Patrick's Day

Our St. Patrick's Day picks include more than dyed beverages.

Lilburn won’t be dyeing the Yellow River green — unlike what they do to the Chicago River up north — for St. Patrick’s Day on Thursday. The same goes for Camp and Jackson creeks.

As for green beer? Well, like it or not, you’re going to find plenty of it.

Patch knows green — just look at the predominant color used on this website if you don’t believe — and we know fun when we see it.

Here are some suggestions (we welcome yours, too) on how to make things a little greener for you on the day that commemorates the patron saint of Ireland.
