Job Title: Bank Teller

Description: A teller for PNC is responsible for providing personable, accurate customer service. Tellers report to branch managers and perform regular, daily duties including the following: check cashing and accepting customer deposits, processing loan payments, providing product explanations and identifying opportunities to refer to sales partners. Tellers also will work to resolve customer issues should they arise.

Qualifications: Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of cash handling experience, computer skills, ability to stand for long periods of time, excellent customer service skills and preferably some experience in retail/customer service.
