UPDATE: 'Aimee's Blood Drive' at First Baptist Snellville Church
UPDATE: The response was so great this is now full. A local rotary club will host a blood drive in honor of Aimee Copeland on May 21, 2012.
UPDATE: The blood drive is fully registered.
The South Gwinnett Rotary Club will hold "Aimee's Blood Drive" today in honor of Aimee Copeland, a graduate battling a devastating flesh-eating disease. Aimee is the sister of a manager at Longhorns in Monroe.
The community blood drive will be held 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at inside the Family and Children's Center. Registration is requested for planning purposes, so click here to let the rotary club know that you will attend.

The Shepeard Community Blood Center which supplies the JMS Burn Center in Augusta where Copeland is a patient will be collecting blood. Copeland will then receive credit for every blood donation given.
