Viewfinder: Lilburn Night With G-Braves

Lilburn came out in force for the city's Night with the Gwinnett Braves at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville.

Around 350 people had purchased discounted tickets in advance and were treated to a 10-2 win by the Braves over the Durham Bulls.

The city also was showcased on the large scoreboard with a video, interviews and the National Anthem sung by Lilburn resident Bill Fearney. Lilburn Business Association president Andrew Bell threw out of the first pitch.

Before the game, members of the Lilburn Woman's Club greeted fans and handed out hundreds of Lilburn hand fans.

Lilburn Mayor Diana Preston was among the many city leaders in attendance.
