Reading to Learn's Open House for Summer Camp

When/Where: Saturday, May 14, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., , 4805 Lawrenceville Highway, Lilburn.

Why Go: Rather than letting your child watch TV and lounge by the pool all summer, why not get their brains a bit more engaged and activated? Reading to Learn is offering extensive summer camps this year to keep children focused and to get them prepared for the upcoming school year, and their open house will have all the details and allow parents to sign their children up. There will be a bunch of kids activities, too, including inflatables, face and craft painting, Japanese calligraphy and Indian hand painting.

Through the community, they hope to replace the $5,000 worth of stolen pet supplies, computer equipment and other items, so lend a helping hand to those who need it.

Bluegrass Music Festival
