11Alive Morning Show Set for Lilburn

11Alive will air live from Lilburn on Aug. 2. Citizens are invited to come out to help showcase the city.

11Alive is bringing its morning show to Lilburn.

The August 2 taping is part of 11Alive's "This is Home" series. The show is 5 a.m. - 7 a.m., according to the news station. Anchors Karyn Greer, Ted Hall, and Chesley McNeil are expected.

The community is invited to come out to Lilburn City Hall that morning to show their Lilburn pride. Residents wanting to a part of the audience should arrive by 4:45 a.m.

“We hope that our residents and businesses will grab a cup of coffee and come to Old Town on August 2 to help us represent our city well," said Mayor Johnny Crist in a press release.

Parking is available at City Hall, located at 76 Main Street, and across the street in the Camp Creek Greenway Trail parking lot.
