Although I rarely eat pizza I was saddened to read where the pizza place closed. I was in business for fifty years and experienced many ups and downs. Recently a business, unintententionly, had a huge increase in customers without spending a dime on promotion. Dan Cathy, President of Chick-fil-A, when asked, expressed his conviction that marriage should be between a man and a woman. Nothing wrong with that. He and I concur. Everyone I know agrees.
The vitrolic tirade that erupted from those with diviant beliefs bugged mainstream America and to demonstrate approval many customers said they enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. I often have a Chick-fil-A sandwich for lunch so I went to the restaurant in Tucker. It was mobbed. I had to park in Ingles parking lot and walk to the restaurant.
If the owner of the pizza store had made the same remark publicly he would be selling pizzas by the hundreds.
