'Where Were You' 9/11 Tribute

Lilburn will host a tribute to commemorate the 11th anniversary of Sept. 11. This event will honor the heroes who lost their lives, the innocent victims in the World Trade Center, those on United Flight 93, American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175, American Flight 77, those in the Pentagon, the firefighters, the police, the clergy, the volunteers, the loved ones left behind and those who risk their lives to protect us day in and day out. 

City Mayor Johnny Crist will speak, music will be provided by Lilburn Teen Idol, Jordan Adam.

The event will feature an Unveiling of Steel from an actual I-Beam Support from the World Trade Center. The beam will become a permanent display at the new City Hall.
