Person in charge and employees must know of the various symptoms and illnesses that require employees to be restricted or excluded and when to report various symptoms and illness to regulatory authority (i.e. Health Department).  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Turkey bacon and butter were not kept at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Foods above temperature were discarded. All potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 18, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(m) ] Front door was open on arrival. Employee closed door. All outer openings must be protected at all times. Recommendation: Either keep door closed, or add air curtain or screen door.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
