Business Spotlight: Killian Hill Service Center

Christopher Cann started managing Killian Hill Service Center in 2010. Having attended college and earning a business degree Cann has been managing auto repair facilities in and around Lilburn since 1992. Killian Hill Service Center opened its doors in 2002 and has offered its customers a full range of repair and maintainence services for the past decade. I recently sat down with Christopher to talk about his business.

Patch: What is the best aspect of managing Killian Hill Service Center?

Christopher: My favorite part is dealing with people. I really like dealing with people face to face on a one-on-one basis. I like being able to work with people every day.

Patch: What is the most challenging aspect of managing an auto repair shop?

Christopher: The technology changes everyday it seems. The technology of computers as well as vehicles constantly changing, so we have to keep up to date on everything that goes on. We are constantly learning this technology to better serve our customers.

Patch: What makes Killian Hill Service Center unique?

Christopher: All of our guys here including myself are all Automotive Service of Excellence certified technicians. We are also a full service deal. We can do everything; engines, transmissions, wheels, tires, brakes, I can do it all. Most of the bigger guys like Goodyear or Kauffmans are getting away from that but we still do eveything.

Patch: What makes the Lilburn community special?

Christopher: Mostly the people. Both business people and residents. I like the size of the city and we're also very diverse. That is what makes Lilburn a great place to live.
