Violations: 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Potentially hazardous foods in the prep cooler holding above 41F since 11:30 am, temped 4:01 pm. Cold-held potentially hazardous foods must be maintained below 41F. The employee discarded the foods.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 13A, Violation of Code: [.10(2)(g) ] The inspection report grade was hidden behind a picture frame. The entire inspection report must be in public view within 15 feet of the primary entrance, 5-7 feet above the floor, and readable from one foot. The report was displayed.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
