Robert Half is currently interviewing for a Help Desk Analyst for a client in Norcross, Ga. The client is a Fortune 1000 company with a national chain of retail stores. The person in this position will receive, document and resolve software, hardware, and network issues reported by customers and field management.
Experience with Windows 7 and SQL commands and Database manipulation is required. At least two years experience with Point of Sale software is also required.
