Five Star Senior Living is currently hiring for a regional director of dining services.
The person in this position will oversee communities in Georgia and Alabama. The incumbent will oversee the food service programs, including menu development, financials, survey results and more.
Applicants must know food service regulations in Alabama and Georgia.
Previous experience working in a senior living or skilled nursing facility is required. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation or a bachelor's degree in dietetics, hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
