Among the violations was an employee spotted using their bare hands on ready to eat food.

All RTE PHFs must be handle with suitable barrier between ready-to-eat foods and bare hands.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation. 2-2B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(j)1&2 ] Observed non approved employee drinking bottle at food prep area. Bottle removed from area.Only allowed drinking container in food prep area will be a disposable cup, lid and straw.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 12C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] In-use, wet wiping cloths positioned on prep table.Cloth removed and placed inside sanitizer bucket.When not in use,sanitizing cloths must be placed inside an approved sanitizing solution to avoid potential chemical contamination to food items.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 13AViolation of Code: [.10(2)(g) ] Inspection report posted behind counter.Inspection report posted in public view within 15 feet of the primary entrance, 5-7 feet above the floor, and readable from one foot.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(a),(b) ] Mop sink with broken tiles on outer vertical lip. Repair broken tiles at mop sink.Maintain facilities in good repair.  New Violation. 18, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(m) ] Upon entering food service facility,observed rear door open.Door closed. Maintain door closed to prevent pest from entering facility.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
