Karen is a CrossFit trainer, but she does much more than that. She teaches about diet, the importance of rest, she coaches running and much more. She is a trainer and a friend to all of her athletes. I won't train anywhere else!

I am one of the oldest members of DFC at 63. I am doing things that I could not have done at 40!! Karen wants us all to be the best we can be and I am proof of that. Love, love, love Karen and DFC!!

I have been training with Karen for about 16 years and I don't know what I would do without her, she is the best! She stays current on the latest fitness research, she has many certifications, including several Cross Fit certifications and she is always on the cutting edge in her field. She is a delightful person and actually makes working out fun.

Our soccer team did a boot camp at House of Payne over the winter break, and it has made an amazing difference in thier fitness level. They have increased stamina and strength that you really notice now that they are back on the pitch. Several local high school teams have also completed this training with equally great results. Our trainer, Abdul, worked to find specific exercises to target the areas our guys needed most. Despite the sweat and pain, most of the team wants to add House of Payne to our regular weekly schedule. Can't say enough good things about this gym.
