Indian Trail Animal Hospital. Steve and Lisa Hansen have cared for my pets for over 20 years. I have a great appreciation for their calmness and compassion.

Killian Hill Animal Hospital is the best. Drs. Brady & Hopper treat your pet like their own and everyone on their staff is wonderful!!

Gwinnett Animal Hospital - while maybe more Snellville than Lilburn (2184 McGee Rd), the practice utilizes both traditional medicine and holistic techniques including homeopathic treatments, acupuncture, and chiropractic care. I know that sounds crazy for pets, but our 13 year old border collie could barely walk and contracted cancer when we moved to Lilburn four years ago. After being treated and followed by Dr. Connelly at GAH, she thrived for two more years with great quality of life.

Dr. Smith at the Beaver Crossing Animal Hospital is the greatest. In the last couple of months he has removed kidney stones from one of our dogs and a dermal mass from the other. Both were ready to go home the next day. Both dogs have been going to Dr. Smith for about 9 years and both are in excellent health.

Lilburn Animal Hospital - the vets and the staff are the best. They are so loving and caring! They have taken care of my kittens and my older cats. They helped me copy with the passing of my older cat.

LILBURN Animal Hospital--dr. Nicole Beaudreau is the best with the rest of the wonderful staff. Takes such good care of Skipper and my past pets too. Even calls at home to make sure they are doing good. Count this as 2 votes, Skipper says she is best too! Jill

Village Vets are wonderful. Their whole team truly cares for the patients. I work with a rescue group who brings a lot of animals to be vetted and neutered. Great professionals who work with you for the best outcome.

I live in Forsyth County but I go out of my way to visit Mountain Park Animal Hospital to bring all my cats to see Dr. Susan Leck. Her attention to detail, plethora of knowledge and intuitive ability in determining just what's wrong when one of my cats isn't feeling well makes her well worth the hour long trip. All the doctors are very knowledgable and the staff is attentive and friendly I feel comfortable entrusting them with caring for my all "cat kids". Lisa F

I drive all the way from Newnan to Mountain Park Animal Hospital and Dr. Susan Leck! We adopted two mini Schnauzers from Schnauzer Love Rescue and Dr. Susan was their intake vet. One had lived a horrific 5 years in a puppy mill. Dr. Susan has taken superb care of our little Suri for 5 years and helped her to live the most normal life, health-wise, imaginable. She emails and calls to ask how Suri is doing, she is always accessible for questions and has researched for hours for the best treatments for all of Suri's various ailments. Dr. Susan saved Suri's life and has give us a wonderful 5 years with our little. I would highly recommend Dr. Susan Leck to anyone wanting a caring, personable, interested, very knowledgeable vet. She's "da bomb"!! Jennie G and Suri, the Miniature Schnauzer, in Newnan

The Village Vets is absolutely the best. I too am crazy about Dr. Tyler. We have been driving from Newnan to see her for years. We also really like Dr. McColgan. In fact, I hear the entire vet team is great because two of my neighbors also come there (which is how I first heard about the Village Vets) and my brother and his family, all make the drive to bring their pets to the best vets ever - The Village Vets!!

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Will Draper for nearly 13 years and would never entrust the care of my babies to anyone else. Whenever I take them in, I can be sure that Dr. Draper or any of his staff will provide the loving care needed to ease my mind when I leave them behind for treatment. I lost a cat back in 2008 and when I visited Dr. Draper in 2010, he told me that he still remembers and misses my sweet Ginger. For a Veterinarian who tends to HUNDREDS of animals a year and STILL remembers your living and deceased animals by name is quite impressive and means a lot to me. I recommend The Village Vets for your animal care. They are nice, clean and professional at all times.

Gwinnett Animal Hospital!! Without a doubt, the absolute best! I had gone to a vet closer in the Lilburn area (choose not to give their name) for 14 years but after a bad episode with geriatric dog care, and feeling like the vet office I was going to did not listen to me at all, I changed to Gwinnett Animal Hospital and have found them to be the most caring of places. I see Dr. Brad Harris who saved my toy poodles life when Bogie was 12 weeks old, but the entire staff is wonderful. They truly go way beyond what one expects and are so compassionate, for the animal and for you! I have never boarded my dogs before but do at this place as they take the extra measure with my toy and standard poodle to ensure they are comfortable and "at home" while there. You will not be sorry if you try this vet office.

The vets and staff at VCA Lilburn Animal Hospital are the best! Both Dr. Voss and Dr. Odle have helped me care for the 5 cats I have cared for over the last 10 years. The doctors and staff went above the call of duty especially when my cats were facing serious health issues. I always feel like they love my cats just like I love them.

Dr smith at beaver crossing animal hospital hands down is the best!
Christy Bridges July 28, 2012 at 12:49 PM
Dr. Sarah Oh and the staff at Abbott Animal Hospital are the best. I can't tell you how much the kindness and caring they showed me meant during the last rough year with my sixteen year old husky and then the process of having to put her to sleep. I could have not done it without their support. Thank you for being a part of our family and going the extra mile to take care of the "the boys".

Mountain Park Animal Hospital has been very helpful locating owners when I've found lost pets so I nominate them. I use a vet in another city.

Dr Mieras at Beaver Crossing Animal Hospital is the most loving and conscientious veterinarian I have every saw. She had diagnosed issues with my cat that other doctors could not. She treats everyone's "kids" like they were her own. She even came to my house on her way home when something else arose after a recent visit. I would marry her if she wasn't already and then I could get all the animals I wanted. I think she is the best in the state let alone the county. Harold L Hewitt Jr
