Violations found: People in charge didn't know enough about restaurant health policy to meet the requirements. The ice machine had mold growing on the ceiling and baffle. The menu didn't tell customers about the risks of ordering meat and eggs well-done. Some foods in cold storage weren't kept cold enough. Tomato paste was stored longer than seven days in the refrigerator. Some refrigerated foods were not dated with a discard date. A can of WD-40 was stored above the hot foods table. Bulk containers didn't have labels of the food stored inside. The thermometer in the prep cooler wasn't accurate. The restaurant didn't have a digital thermometer for for thinly sliced meats. Wiping-cloth buckets were placed directly on the floor. There was no sign directing employees to use the hand-washing sink only for hand washing at that sink. The most recent inspection report wasn't placed close enough for customers to read. Silverware wasn't wrapped properly. The prep cooler wasn't cold enough. The tubing for beverage syrups was in contact with store ice. The back door of the dining room had an opening at the panel, which could allow for the entry of pests.
