  • Full Report Here, however several violations included: foods held at the wrong temperature, old food 11 days beyond keep date, toxic substances at food level, employees not wearing hair restraints, sanitizing liquid prepped in the vegetable sink, and cooler with food kept too warm.

There is a company called Dining Grades (http://www.dininggrades.com) that has a great mobile app which allows people to grade restaurants based on cleanliness. I think it's cool being able to see what the public thinks about the cleanliness of a specific restaurant instead of just the quality of food and service!
