Below are this week's results of recent Gwinnett County restaurant inspections in Greater Lilburn by the East Metro Health District, which covers Gwinnett, Rockdale and Newton counties. Each report includes a synopsis of some of the deficiencies found by the inspector.

Violations cited: Cheese slices for subs weren't entered in the time/temperature log sheet, and some subs and salads were held longer than allowed outside of refrigeration. All corrected on site.
