Violations cited: An employee handled clorox and then made coffee without washing hands in between. Corrected on site. The inspector found moldy fruits, cucumber, cheese and sauce. Corrected on site by discarding foods. The meat slicer had debris behind the blades and hadn't been cleaned in two days. The cooler wasn't holding the proper temperature.
