Violations: 2-1B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(c) ] An employee was observed entering the facility through the back door then stirred chili, lifted the lid of chicken, and moved a container of cooked beef patties. 2. An employee was observed entering the facility through the front door, donned a glove then moved a pot of chili and clean storage containers on the shelf. Food employees must washing hands at a frequency to prevent contamination of food and/or equipment. The employees decided to clean the equipment.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 2-1C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(a) ] An employee was observed touching the cooked fries in the fry station. Chili base reheating 7:00 AM, temp 48F at 9:32 AM. 2. Chili reheating since 7:00 AM, temp 129F at 9:35 AM. Time for reheating for hot-holding must not exceeded 2 hours.
