An employee was observed entering the facility through the front door, donned a glove then moved a pot of chili and clean storage containers on the shelf. Food employees must washing hands at a frequency to prevent contamination of food and/or equipment. The employees decided to clean the equipment.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 2-1C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(a) ] An employee was observed touching the cooked fries in the fry station.
