The fast food restaurant's permit was suspended due to repeat violations.

The following are restaurant health inspection scores as reported by Gwinnett County:

Violations: 1-2, Violation of Code: [.03(3)(a)-(d) ] Original CFSM certificate not posted. PIC advised that original certificate will be posted within 48 hours. Original certificate must be posted in the facility. Copy of certificate was provided during inspection - fax copy of original to GCEH within 10 days to avoid an informal inspection.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 13A, Violation of Code: [.07(3)(d) ] Handwashing signage not posted in employee restrooms. Signage was posted. Handwashing signage must be posted at all handwashing sinks.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

Violations: 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Eggs and chicken salad holding in prep cooler at temperatures above 41oF. Items were discarded. Cold-holding potentially hazardous foods should be maintained at 41oF or below.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation. 6-1C, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(d) ] Tomatoes cooling since 11:00 AM in make line reach-in at temperatures above 41oF (see temperatures). Tomatoes discarded. When cooling from ambient temperature, potentially hazardous foods should be cooled to 41oF within 4 hours.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
