• May 24 is International Tiara Day (I LOVE this) as well as National Escargot Day. I’m not sure how to celebrate those 2 particular things together, but with the right tiara, you can look fabulous doing about anything!

It's the FIRST day of summer vacation!

• Do you have some special plans to avoid the “I’m Bored On The First Day” blues? Head out to Stone Mountain Park for an afternoon of Geyser Towers or the Yogi Bear 4D Adventure. Most activities are open from 10 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Check the website for times, adventures and prices.

• Tonight is the final night of auditions for Lilburn Idol at City Hall. The fun then begins June 8 with the first performance!
• Please note that the city's administrative offices will be closed on Monday, May 28, 2012 in observance of Memorial Day. The Town Hall Meeting scheduled for that evening will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2012.
