4. Lilburn History Lesson: John Choice’s Store, located where Rockbridge Road meets U.S. 29, was Lilburn’s first general store, according to the city’s website. The store was said to be a landmark on a map used by Gen. Sherman on his Atlanta campaign during the Civil War.
5. Happy Birthday, Joe! Atlanta Hawks star Joe Johnson is 30 years old today. Johnson was born on this date in 1981 in Little Rock, Ark.
