Woman Alleges Man Exposed Himself to Her, Daughter on Street

A Lilburn woman called authorities last week alleging that a man had exposed himself to her and her 2-year-old daughter on their street. 

According to the Gwinnett County Police report, a middle-aged white male was driving a green Ford Explorer stopped by her house on Lake Lucerne Way, showed them his genitals and drove off. 

The mom said he wasn't wearing any pants and appeared to be "purposely showing himself to her," the officer wrote in the report. 

The report continues that police received other calls of a vehicle matching the description in the area. The calls stated that the man was reportedly masturbating in the vehicle and showing children in surrounding neighborhoods.
