This will be an hour long class via Skype. So you can do yoga in the comforts of your own space.
Please have a yoga mat with you for class or be on a comfortable surface to practice. If you have your own yoga props (blanket, strap, yoga blocks), please gather them before the class starts. Props will be used so students can feel the full and meditative expression of each pose.
This class is a combination of slow, flowing movements to holding a pose and becoming more introspective about yourself.

Payment is $5; payment can be made by class card (whether previously purchased or purchased the day you come online) or at my shop. If you have not completed a yoga/meditation information form, please do so before coming to class. Please feel free to contact me if you would like for me to check for you.
