Tai Chi class

The  Tai Chi class is an introductory class doing the Yang Style 8 form. It's an 8 week class, covering the basic forms, stances and correct breathing methods.
 Look for the registration form here - you must register in advance with Gwinnett. Fee is $81 for Gwinnett county residents, $101 for out of county.
