Target on Transition Job Search Program to Start This Week, Thursday, October 17, 2013

Have you lost your job and are having trouble getting re-employed? Or, perhaps you have been doing a job search for many months without much success. Almost all job seekers share feelings of frustration, disappointment, and rejection at different times when they are looking for a new position.  If you are unemployed and can identify with any of these things, you are ready for the innovative job search techniques taught in Target on Transition.

Target on Transition is a six week program that teaches job seekers new skills to make their search more effective. Such skills as creating a “fluid résumé” and research methods to find the hidden job market are just two of the competencies that participants will learn. This is a free program, but participants must commit to attend all sessions on time and to do the assignments each week to be ready for the next session.
