TWO IS COMPANY
Wow I can't believe it's finally over. Training for a marathon was like taking on a part time job.
I could not have done it without my good friend and inspiration Dhana. Dhana pushes me out of my comfort zone and helps me be accountable. I’m going to miss all of those early morning runs in the freezing cold weather…NOT!!! Seriously, without her I probably would not have done it
How did we get started? Well she asked ME to train HER for a half marathon. I just couldn't bring myself to tell her that running is not exactly my favorite sport. But I do like a challenge.

Now WHO’S training WHO?
If you are having trouble sticking with a workout plan or program partner up. A workout buddy can help keep you committed to your goal. Your buddy will force you to get out of bed and get to the gym when you don’t want to and partners can bring out your competitive spirit; especially if they are very athletic. Lastly, having someone sharing the same passion and goal that you have just makes it more fun.

Now my girlfriend Dhana is trying to talk me into a beginner triathlon. Ugh, here we go again!
