Fit Tip - What's stopping you??

What's Stopping You....Fit Tip!

Fit Tip – “What’s Stopping You”

I don’t have time: Make/schedule time.  This can start out as simple as 2 times per week.  Pick that day & time in advance and stick to it.

I don’t know what to do: Seek a certified trainer who can guide you through a program and keep you accountable.

I don’t look fit and feel embarrassed to go to the gym:  This is not about anyone else; this is about you, your health, and your wellbeing.

I am too tired/stressed: Exercise actually gives you energy.
The hardest part about exercise is often getting started, because you
are perhaps dreading it.  Set your mind to get to the gym, get workout clothes on you have won most the battle.  Exercise reduces STRESS!

I don’t like exercise:  The gym is not always the answer for some. Exercise can be any activity that you enjoy or think you might enjoy such as hiking, dancing classes, bowling, bicycling, etc.  A good trainer should be able to introduce different training options that keep you motivated.

It hurts:  If exercise is not done correctly or started to aggressively you can get hurt.  A qualified trainer can start an individual with the correct form as well as starting moderately to achieve desired goals.

I can’t afford it:  A trainer need not be an ongoing expense. When you set your mind to reach a goal, talk with a certified trainer.  Start with a training package, training a minimum of 2x per week. This allows you time to learn how to train safely, and to start making changes that will motivate you and help you get past all the excuses listed above.

To learn about the training packages, please contact House of Payne Personal Training (www.trainwithpayne.com); or call me, Jacklyn at 678-644-7017, to set up a time to meet and discuss your goals!
