Abducted Tucker Infant Found Safe and Sound

"Levi's Alert" was issued after 2-month-old was allegedly abducted by biological father.

A 2-month-old boy who was allegedly abducted from a Tucker apartment by his biological father Wednesday evening, was found safe and sound in Luthersville, Ga., according to Gwinnett Police.

Police investigators had issued a ”Levi’s Alert” for Andy Zoel Campos, who they believe was snatched from his mother, Yesenia Campos, 24, from her apartment by Harold “Jose” Caceres, her estranged boyfriend. The abduction was reported around 7:40 p.m. at the Carrington Chase Apartments, located at 1017 Oak Chase Drive, in unincorporated Tucker.

The boy was found with the assistance of the Meriwether County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was available about where in Luthersville the infant was found. Luthersville, located east of I-85 south of metro Atlanta, is about 65 miles south of the Tucker area.

But police say Caceres, who was last seen driving a green Honda Accord, was not at the scene. According to Gwinnett Police spokesman Cpl. Edwin Ritter in a released statement at 12:06 a.m. Thursday, “Mr. Caceres is not in custody at this time and at minimum is facing the charge of Interference with Custody.”

Anyone with information is asked to call the Gwinnett County Police Department at 770-513-5300 or 550-513-5100.
