Arrest Report: Armed Robbery, Hit and Run and More

The following are various arrests of Lilburn residents or arrests made by Lilburn Police, between March 8 and March 14, according to the Gwinnett County Detention Center website. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

March 14, 2012:

• William Bartlett, of 998 Navajo Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol.
• Tyneshia Andrews, of 445A Holly Ridge Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with credit card theft.

March 13, 2013:

• Shelia Cruz, of 2142 Brook View Lane, Grayson, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear and theft by shoplifting. 
• Logan Garletts, 1604 Park Crossing Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI, improper lane change, speeding, obstruction of officer, and taillights out. 
• Ingrid Novoa, of 1604 Park Crossing Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with obstruction of officers and purchase of alcohol under age of 21. 

March 12, 2013:

• Uthimala Paulose, of 704 Shadow Path Trace, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with hit and run. 
• Neil Caldcleugh, of 706 Lake Knoll Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with pointing a gun at another, possession of a weapon during a crime, reckless conduct and aggravated assault.

March 11, 2013:

• Mandy Newton, of 1171 Rappahannock Drive, Alpharetta, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Gregory Embry, of 4346 Moonlight Walk, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery.

March 10, 2013:

• Matthew Alarcon, of 4555 Brandon Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol and DUI (less safe.)
• Jorge Garcia-Moreno, of 2700 Park Crossing Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol, improper lane change and not licensed to drive.

March 9, 2013:

• Humberto Willis, of 502 Berckman Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving. He also was put on an immigration hold.
• Dwayne Lewis, of 502 Berckman Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, armed robbery and burglary.
• Cheryl Davis, of 75 Mystic Lane, Social Circle, was arrested and charged with DUI of drugs and following too closely.
• Nancy Torres, of 5843 Four Winds Drive, Liburn, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Genel Sylvain, of 502 Berckman Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by recieving.
• Amir Rastagar-Moghaddam, of 4574 Candy Lane, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with speeding and DUI of alcohol.
• Carla Diaz, of 400 Grove Spring Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with failure to obey traffic signs and DUI of alcohol.

March 8, 2013:

• Daniel Lambert Jr, of 2424 Santa Barbra Court, Conyers, was arrested and charged with violation of limited permit, DUI of alcohol, improper lane change and aggressive driving.
• Gerardo Dejesus-Botello, of 4853 Burns Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked, driving without headlights and DUI of alcohol. He also was put on an immigration hold.
• Truc Vo, of 2340 Beaver Ruin Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with two counts of probation violation, speeding, reckless driving, DUI of alcohol, and driving while license is suspended or revoked.
