Arrest Report: Burglary, Cruelty to Children and More

The following are various arrests of Lilburn residents or arrests made by Lilburn Police, between Jan. 27 and Feb. 2, according to the Gwinnett County Detention Center website. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

Feb. 2, 2013:

• Sina Mastali, of 267 Main Street, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with driving two closely and DUI of alcohol.
• Angela Rockwell, of 5089 Browning Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with failure to report striking an object and DUI of alcohol.
• Heron Tavera, of 4345 Five Forks Trickum Road, Lilburn was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, terroristic threats and a parole violations. 

Feb. 1, 2013:

• Marqual Temple, of 2537 Stone Road, East Point, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. 
• Carrie Higgs, of 100 South Road, White Plains, NY, was arrested and charged with texting while driving, improper lane change and DUI of alcohol. 

Jan. 31, 2013:

• Timmy Davis, of 2366 Stone Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police, DUI of drugs/alcohol and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
• Alysia White, of 1263 Elk Terrace, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol.
• Le'Darrius Hall, of 2533 Northwoods Lake Court, Duluth, was arrested and charged with theft.
• John Lee, of 1172 Holly Hills Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

Jan. 30, 2013:

• Katelyn Killian-Sircy, of 5741 Lilburn-Stone Mountain Road, Stone Mountain, was arrested charged with battery and simple battery.
• Tyler Bayless, of 1506 Woodclif Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
• Travis Matthews, of 744 Old Manor Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol.
• Richard Jobson, of 2592 Ozella Place, Atlanta, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery and third-degree cruelty to children.

Jan. 29, 2013:

• Tashod Ford, of 365 Greenwood Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with burglary.
• Ashley White, of 190 Cross Creek, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Edwin Varner, of 908 Berkeley Woods Drive, Duluth, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Tevin Barnett, of 3127 Cruse Road, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with hit and run, improper lane change and disorderly conduct.
• James Winingar, of 518 Southwind Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Jan. 28, 2013:

• Kayla Knight, of 47 Settle Bow Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with marijuana possession/purchase of less than an ounce.
• Ernie Ritter, of 1232 Lake Knoll Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with speeding and marijuana possession of less than an ounce.

Jan. 27, 2013:

• Ikedia Douglas, of 4853 Burns Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• David Revuelta, of 3141 Ferrite Loope B, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and theft by shoplifting.
