Arrest Report: Child Molestation, Underage Drinking and More

The following are various arrests of Lilburn residents or arrests made by Lilburn Police, between April 26 and May 2, according to the Gwinnett County Detention Center website. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

May 2, 2013:

• Sylvester Cordova, of 3320 Anderson Avenue, Riverside, Calif., was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Shianta Gaines, of 1135 Clairidge Lane, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Johnsie Henry, of 327 West Wind Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by recieving and possession and use of drug-related item.

• Robert Norwood, of 1475 Blackspruce Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery.

• William Smith, of 1475 Blackspruce Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery.

May 1, 2013:

• Dalila Givens, of 121 River Pointe Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with simple assault.

• Robert Sawyer, of 1955 Sumter Street, Atlanta, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. He also was put on an immigration hold.

• Christopher Siegal, of 974 Camp Creek Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with three counts of obstruction of a police officer. He also was being held for another agency.

April 30, 2013:

• Kimberly Dennis, of 5375 North Fork Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery.

• Eddie Gilmer, of 2982 Pale Oak Terrace, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with three counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor, obstruction of an officer, reckless driving and reckless conduct.

• Peiere Parks of 537 Lake Knoll Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with obstruction of officer and two counts of theft by receiving.

• Nathaniel Pepper, of 3724 Sandford Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession or purchase of alcohol by a person under the age of 21 and obstruction of officer.

• Federico Rojas-Vences, of 206 Park Crossing Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol, improper lane change and no driver's license. He also was put on an immgration hold.

• Sekeia White, of 537 Lake Knoll Drive, Liburn, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of officer.

• John Whitley, of 3215 Alcaza Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with discharge of weapon, disorderly conduct and reckless conduct.

April 29, 2013:

• Sulejman Behlo, of 4615 Morning Crest Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Oscar Hernandez Castaneda, of 1202 Indian Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of drugs/alcohol.

• Victoria Dorsey, of 527 Lake Knoll Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft by recieving.

• Juan Garcia, of 1056 Oak Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer and two counts of simple assault.

• John Lankford, of 1197 Rivermist Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

• Jessie Mckeon, of 1466 Falconhurst Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of drugs/alcohol and following too closely.

• Ricardo Peblo-Bamaca, of 5604 Mahogany Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with creulty to children (third degree) and battery.

• Mohammad Shah, of 4093 Landers Way, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol.

• Hau Tang, of 2845 Zelda Road, Montgomery, Ala., was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

April 28, 2013:

• Travis Dennis, of 5375 Northfork Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery.

April 27, 2013:

• William Bartlett, of 998 Navajo Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol.

• Derrick Jensen, of 243 Linda Drive, Tucker, was arrested and charged with burglary and driving while license is suspened or revoked.

• Tracy Stewart, of 243 Linda Drive, Tucker, was arrested and charged with burglary.

April 26, 2013:

• Ulysses Lettsome, of 500 Pleasant Hill Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and possesion of a weapon during a crime.

• Jose Maya, of 714 Old Manor Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with child molestation.
