Arrest Report: Cruelty to Children, Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor and More

Here is list of recent arrests of Lilburn residents from May 3-9.

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lilburn, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lilburn residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between May 3-9. Those arrested and their charges include:

May 9:

  • Lucia Galindo Baca, of 5092 Westover Cir., was arrested and charged with failure to appear and hold for immigration.
  • Ernesto Montante-Herrera, of 5092 Westover Cir., was arrested and charged with not licensed to drive and hold for immigration.
  • Carlos Andrea Calderon, of 1392 Fairfield Dr., was arrested for hold for court.
  • Rojai Kemar Mortimer, of 3373 Preserve Run Trl, was arrested and charged for disruption of a public school and affray.
  • Jonathan Allen Fain, of 5022 Lakeview Ct., was arrested and charged with obstruction of officer and interference with government property.

May 8:

  • Oliver Nguyen Van, of 372 Berckman Dr., was arrested and charged with theft by taking.
  • Samuel Edward Bouchillon, of 1490 Ridgeland Ct., was arrested and charged with failure to appear.
  • Tracey Gilmer, of 2982 Pale Oak Ter., was arrested and charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor.
  • Kristin Lynn Dame, of 2982 Pale Oak Ter., was arrested and charged with purchasing/possession of alcohol while under 21.
  • Karl Burke Crews, of 1239 Chesapeake Dr., was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
  • Ntumba Irene Kalala, of 5133 Arbor Ln., was arrested and charged with cruelty to children in the second degree.

  • Carolina Delapaz, of 420 Woodcliff Dr., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and failure to appear.
  • Jesus Meza Rodriguez, of 1992 Indian Way, was arrested and charged with possession of open alcohol container, driving while license suspended/revoked, improper/erratic lane change, DUI of alcohol and hold for immigration.
  • Nathaniel David Pepper, of 3742 Sandford Ct., was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
  • Matthew Harold Mayers, of 1010 Saybrook Cir., was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and no license plate.

May 5:

  • Ryan Felice Alonso Mata, of 4141 Bowers Pointe Dr., was arrested and charged with no drivers license.
  • Paul Anthony Corimer, of 5205 Silver Creek Dr., was arrested and charged with forged prescriptions and criminal attempt to commit a crime.
  • Josue Samuel Prada-Castro, of 4174 Sugar Berry Ln., was arrested and charged with theft by deception, theft by shoplifting and giving a false name or information.
  • Alexzandra Nicole Munger, of 1366 Larkview Dr., was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

May 4:

  • Abdur-Raheem Haneef Ali, of 5056 Cold Springs Dr., was arrested and charged with robbery and armed robbery.

May 3:

  • Elicea Linea Salter, of 847 Willowgate Cir. Unit A, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Juan Jesus Geronimo-Pineda, of 1505 Woodclif Dr., was arrested and charged with failure to appear, driving while license suspended/revoked, and all lenses must be good.
  • Derrick McDaniel, of 539 Burnt Creek Dr., was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding.
  • Lamar Derek Jones, of 1677 Hewatt Rd., was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
  • Mario Alexander Mejia, of 5046 Remington Ct., was arrested and charged with violation of probation and driving while license suspended/revoked.
