Arrest Report: Gambling, Public Drunkenness and More

The following are various arrests of Lilburn residents or arrests made by Lilburn Police, between Jan. 6 and Jan. 19, according to the Gwinnett County Detention Center website. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

Jan. 19, 2013:

• Jordan Uria Acosta-Acosta, of 62 Park Place Drive, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Kristian Denea Dunning, of 5007 Cold Springs Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and held for another agency.
• Cloyd Lee Murphy, of 492 E. Johns Road NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery, three counts of third-degree cruelty to children, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, two counts of violation of probation, and possession of marijuana. He was also held for another agency.
• Quang Van Nguyen, of 4671 Hardwood Road, Stone Mountain, was arrested and charged with two counts of improper lane change and DUI of alcohol.
• Jeronimo Presbytero Ochoa, of 673 Rebecca Street NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with two counts of violation of probation, no license to drive, DUI of alcohol, and improper lane change. He was also placed on an immigration hold.
• Rory Curtis Tilley, of 5217 Cold Springs Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with open container law violation, expired tag, failure to have license on person and DUI of alcohol.

Jan. 18, 2013:

• Cheryl Lynn Davis, of 473 Charleston Lane, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with improper lane change, DUI of drugs and driving too fast for conditions.
• Miguel Fernando Merritt, of 1806 Park Crossing Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery and third-degree cruelty to children.
• Michael Jerboh Wiah, of 1037 Lake Knoll Drive NW, Lilburn was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Jan. 17, 2013:

• Christopher Haynes, of 5642 Breezy Court SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violating probation.
• Jason Robert Knight, of 919 Pueblo Place NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of drugs/alcohol.
• Kathryn Michelle Levan, of 5042 Stephens Drive SW, Lilburn was arrested and charged with battery.
• Vatsel Jay Patel, of 175 Tambec Trace NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with improper lane change and DUI of alcohol.
• Omar Ramos, of 4767 Trailblazer Court NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with giving a false name or information, keeping a gambling place, commercial gambling and possession of gambling devices. He also was placed on an immigration hold.

Jan. 16, 2013:

• Keith Andrew Cameron, of 1017 Chartley Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
• Allison Beatrice Gross, of 4602 Lucerne Valley Road SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
• Jeffrey David Howard, of 86 Bonnie Lane, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and DUI of drugs/alcohol.
• Jeffrey Jermaine Lewis, of 4855 Velva Way NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
• Carlos Miguel Morel, of 2550 Avalon Place, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Michael Brent Nash, of 241 Lola Lane, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
• Ezon Rameriz, of 1694 Lamancha Drive, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with  theft by shoplifting.
• Thomas Frank Sheinall, of 4424 Aberdean Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with third-degree cruelty to children and battery.
• Ronald Stephen West, of 4861 Alpine Drive SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. He also was held for another agency.

Jan. 15, 2013:

• Leeander Bellenger, of 1906 Park Crossing Way NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice.
• Joseph Matthew Brown, of 5042 Stephens Drive SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Richard Adam Parker, of 292 Nancy Street, Winder, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• James Kevin Wessinger, of 5526 Wydella Road SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear, and he also was being held for another agency.
• Eugene Charles Whelchel, of 5166 Rosestone Drive NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

Jan. 14, 2013:

• James Ryan Green, of 952 Metropolitan Parkway, Atlanta, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree forgery.
• Michael Allen Hawkins, of 4315 Bending River Trail SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of drugs/alcohol.
• Jeffrey Campbell Hull, of 202 Streamside Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
• Ahmad Base Qasem, of 2606 Cruze Road, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a police officer.
• Nelson William Reyes, of 1074 Park Forest Court NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with  two counts of violation of probation, failure to appear and DUI of drugs/alcohol. He also was placed on an immigration hold.
• Shawn Robert Rice, of 1331 Marcelle Heights Place, Norcross, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and not licensed to drive.

Jan. 13, 2013:

• Manuel Martinez, of 449 Pleasant Hill Road NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft of services and violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act. He also was placed on an immigration hold.

Jan. 12, 2013:

• Anthony Edward Bonnett, of 655 Jackson Mill Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol, improper lane change and speeding.
• Jamilla Ameen Bryan, of 4305 Paxton Lane, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery and third-degree cruelty to children.
• Qwaterika Ysheka Hayes, of 2455 Floyd Road, Gainesville, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving. She also was being held for another agency.
• Luis Augusto Hernandez-Aceveda, of 616 Burnt Creek Way NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol and improper lane change.
• Molly Kathleen McClain, of 1105 Lassiter Drive, Stone Mountain, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.
• Rory Curtis Tilley, of 5217 Cold Springs Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol and open container.
• Luvia Sosa-Tucker, of 4006 Burns Road NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Jan. 11, 2013:

• Oludare Babatunde Fashina, of 4049 Northridge Way, Norcross, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Angelina Nicole Jacob, of 303 Noble Forest Drive, Norcross, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
• Eddie Taylor, of 332 Lakeknoll Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
• Shandra Nicole White, of 190 Cross Cree Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
• Demee Anessa Marie Williams, of 1749 Broad River Road, Atlanta, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

Jan. 10, 2013:

• Cameron Christian Anderson, of 756 Indian Lake Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with giving a false name or information and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
• Alan William Battista, of 4524 Shady Drive NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer, two counts of second-degree criminal damage to property and two counts of aggravated assault.
• Marcus Romane Garner, of 2417 Old Peachtree Road, Duluth, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery, two counts of simple battery and third-degree cruelty to children.
• John Richy Guzman, of 756 Indian Lake Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with failure to appear, driving in center turn lane and driving while license is suspended or revoked.
• Adam Leroy Rubio, of 3993 Shady Circle NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Jan. 9, 2013:

• Brenton Nicholas Barney, of was arrested and charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, failure to appear, and he is being held for another agency.
• Lisa Nicole Jarvis, of 718 Huntington Way NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of probation and giving a false name or information to police.

Jan. 8, 2013:

• Angela M. Garner, of 4588 Robie Road SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of drugs/alcohol.
• Michael Gary Hector, of 4801 Beverly Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with failure to obey a stop sign and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
• Inamar Yuddelka Martinez, of 919 Glasgow Drive NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with hit and run and failure to yield.
• Jason Watson Reese, of 224 Woodcliff Drive NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.

Jan. 7, 2013:

• Giesha La'Shae Hall, of 4013 Bent Willow Drive SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
• Joel Johnson Thomas, of 4412 Sheila Court NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.
• Joshua Caleb Thompson, of 2450 Landsdowne Court, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with speeding and two counts of violation of probation.

Jan. 6, 2013:

• Ricardo Aguilar-Casique, of 754 Jacksons Mill Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
• Preston Runako Anderson, of 719 Burnt Creek Drive NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Cynthia Agnes Korallis, of 318 Kettlewood Drive SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol and an improper lane change.
• John Michael Malone, of 3531 Donegal Way, Snellville, was arrested and charged with refusal to comply with police directing traffic and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
• Louie Dodd Newton, of 518 Southwind Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and held for another agency.
