Arrest Report: Having Sex in a Public Place, Prowling and More

Here is list of recent arrests over the past week involving the Lilburn area.

The following are various arrests of Lilburn residents or arrests made by Lilburn Police, between March 29 and April 4, according to the Gwinnett County Detention Center website. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

April 4, 2013:

  • Damion Lawrence, of 2496 Stone Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.

  • Linda Phillips, of 5217 Rosestone Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol and open container violation.
  • Louis Richardson, of 1860 Inland Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, theft by shoplifting and obstruction of a law enforcement officers.
  • Phillip Moore, of 16 Harmony Grove Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal trespass.

April 2, 2013:

  • Andrew Salvador, of 4550 Bradstone Trail, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with improper lane change, DUI and improper stop.
  • Lameka Watley, of 5088 Rosestone Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children (third degree) and battery.

April 1, 2013:

  • David Kemp, of 576 Cesarea Place, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
  • Frank Thompson, of 864 E. Riverbend Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with reckless driving and speeding.
  • Michel Felix-Casas, of 162 River Pointe Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling and having disorderly conduct/sex in a public place.
  • Stephanie Williams, of 596 Burnt Creek Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

March 31, 2013:

  • Carlos Fagoth-McCrea, of 682 Brandlwood Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer, DUI of alcohol, driving while license is suspended or revoked, and following too closely.
  • Jacob Tidwell, of 980 Dickens Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
  • Jamie Lang, of 5190 Lilburn Stone Mountain Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with not having a driver's license, speeding and DUI of alcohol.
  • Ronald Rowe, of 525 Lake Knoll Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property (second degree) and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
  • Shawn Winn, of 4717 Alpine Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
  • Stephen Hancock II, of 385 Holly Ridge Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling and failure to appear.
  • Trejon Khalil, of 385 Holly Ridge Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling.

March 30, 2013:

  • Chad Coker, of 5030 Huntshire Lane, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor.
  • Dustin Cavender, of 4740 Nantuckett Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with failure to obey a traffic signal, DUI of alcohol, speeding and improper lane change.

March 29, 2013:

  • Bilal Cheema, of 4225 Janet Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery and obstruction of a police officer.
  • Eduard Feder, of 2627 Stone Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Hector Lopez, of 16 Summit Street, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
  • Javon Waller, of 4060 Citron Court, Norcross, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Virgilio Rodriguez, of 107 W. Cardinal Lane, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with an open container violation, the state's move-over law, DUI of alcohol and disorderly conduct. He also was put on an immigration hold.
  • Visheslav Feder, of 2627 Stone Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
